At JitsPack, we want your gear to reach you quickly, safely, and with as little friction as possible. Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping, delivery, and payments in our store.

1. Shipping Options

1.1 Domestic Shipping (within United States)

We currently ship domestically via trusted carriers such as [e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx].

Exact options, costs, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

1.2 International Shipping

  • International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
  • You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
  • If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship there.

2. Supported Shipping Zones

We currently ship to:

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address (country/region)
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order weight and/or value

We may occasionally offer:

  • Free shipping promotions (e.g., above a certain order value or to specific regions)
  • Flat-rate shipping within certain zones

Any eligible offers will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.


4. Order Processing & Delivery Times

4.1 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4.2 Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed and are provided by the carrier. Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather and natural events
  • Customs inspections and local holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

JitsPack is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors outside our control.


5. Returns, Exchanges, Damages & Lost Packages

5.1 Returns & Exchanges

  • We generally accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition and (where applicable) in original packaging.
  • Some items may be final sale or non-returnable (e.g., heavily discounted, limited releases, or customized items).

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at admin@jitspack.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We’ll review and work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.

5.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • JitsPack is generally not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
    • Double-check your shipping address and surroundings
    • Ask neighbors or building management
    • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), please contact us. We will assist with a claim with the carrier and determine next steps case by case.


6. Payment Options

We currently accept the following payment methods (availability may vary by country):

  • Major credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Shop/Buy now, pay later options where available (e.g., Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, etc.)
  • PayPal or similar services (if enabled in your store)

All available payment methods will appear at checkout.


7. Payment Requirements & Instructions

  • All prices are listed in USD, unless stated otherwise.
  • You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges.
  • Orders are only processed once full payment is authorized and captured.
  • If a payment is declined or flagged as suspicious:
    • Your order may be delayed or cancelled.
    • We may reach out to verify details or request an alternate payment method.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers.

Pre-orders & Backorders (if applicable)

For certain products, we may offer pre-orders or backorders:

  • Payment may be collected at the time of order.
  • Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout.
  • Dates are estimates and may change due to production or logistics issues.

8. Taxes, Duties & Customs

Where applicable:

  • Sales tax / VAT may be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees charged by your country’s customs office. These are not controlled by JitsPack and are your responsibility.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, we may refund the product cost (excluding original shipping and any return fees) only after the package is returned to us in acceptable condition.


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we work to ship orders quickly:

  • Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it before it ships.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, items, or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at admin@jitspack.com with your order number.
  • If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow the returns process.
